G & Daric have 30+ years of experience in the industry & if there is one thing that they’ve learned is Authenticity Matters. It starts with being transparent up front.
We aren’t a big company, its primarily just us. So its important that we don’t over promise & then under deliver. What we have is an intimate knowledge of what food is really about,

With that fondation we hope to provide a service that makes whatever experience or event you have in mind logistically sound & effortless.
All the while being authentic to your Original Vision.
We specialize in a Custom Collaboratively Created Intimate Dining Experience
For 4-15 people. Instead of take-out or spending all your time in the kitchen we take over so you can host and experience your own event.
We have a variety of models and Flexible Setups 4 Any Context.
Casual Dinner w/ Friends - Couples Date Night- Business Lunch - Just Cuz - etc
We also act as the Catering Arm of Grape Juice proper, With ability and experience to cater larger groups with Select Menu Items from our current menu.
CHEF G
Born & Raised in Kerrville Texas, Chef G got his kitchen start just up the road at River Hill Country Club through his time at Tivy High School.
From there he made his way to Austin Texas for 15 years, where he gained experience in a variety of kitchens from Dive Bars 2 Fine Dining
He spent a couple of those years visiting Spain and Portugal where he discovered a fondness for Tapas-Style Dining. The small bites between venues kept the night alive while exploring the region & culture.
He can cook anything off an Idea, you give him Your Vision and he’s got yuh.
The aforementioned Spanish & Italian are his personal favorites aside form the Authentic Mexican Cuisine he grew up with (shout out Momz)
Daric
Originally hailing from the suburbs of Houston Texas, Daric moved to Kerrville in 2017.
He got his start in Front House as a Busser & still foundationally considers himself one.
Service is Logistics, he believes that no one cares how Great or Creative food is if it takes an unreasonable time to reach the palette.
It’s All About Operations.
If the operations are sound its leaves a Stress Free & Smooth Opportunity to have fun and engage with the client and guests. Food is a Shared Experience. If its not People First what’s the point?
He prides himself on his relationships within The Local Community valuing the Spirit of Collaboration over Competition. With that mantra he has cultivated network of Local Producers and Industry Professionals, to assist in any and every facet of Hospitality, or as we call them…
